St. Jeronim Church
The tower and church of St. Jeronim, dating from 1688 and named after the protector of the town, are situated on the beautiful Mediterranean-style square Mico Pavlovic, overlooking the sea and bay, and residing close to Palace of Justice, Forte Mare and small church of St. Leopold Mandic. Lower part of the square holds great concerts every now and then during the summer, often with the involvement of the music school located nearby. You can often listen to the students practicing while you walk by. The church was destroyed and restored several times through history. It contains a valuable collection of works of art.
